Know how to market your body and target the market that works for you. The wrong market can land you in an embarrassing blunder for everyone involved. It is important to have a very skilled photographer. Remember that these companies want to hire models are worth the investment. You need to prove that you are giving it your all. This means do not pick any old camera off the shelf, with your friend taking the pictures.

It is important to invest in a professional photographer and one that specializes in modeling photography. You want a photographer that has the ability to portray your ideal. While there is always room for improvement, second best of what you have is never an option.
